I called the immigration and they told me that some1 have already looked into my application and they didn't asked anything, so mayb they are satisfied and i just have to wait now.

Im waiting for 14 Nov as well...Nomination approved on 28th April as well...and waiting for visa, they said when i called that they have already looked at my file

If your Nomination got approved then there is no worry for the visa as the Nomination is the most hardest part in the process...

Yup i am still waiting from November but my nomination got approved last week now just waiting for visa..

I applied in Nov 2014 and my nomination got approved on Wednesday and just waiting for my visa.

Just called the immigration and asked them about my visa as my nomination and visa was applied on the same date. And the guy over the phone said that someone have looked at my file and they didn't asked anything, so they mayb satisfied with all the documents and it just upto them when they grant the visa. Hey guys, I got the good news from the yesterday that my employer nomination got approved, now just waiting for my visa approval. I applied both visa and nomi together on 14th of Nov 2014. And then thy asked for additional documents and my 28dyas got over on 20th of April. Pretty happy now as employer nomination approval is the most hardest part.

They only look at your application once. And they asked for all the documents at once.

Hey, Sorry that i forgot to update my time line, here how it goes: RCB, Nomi & Visa on 14th Nov 2014 RCB Approved on 20th Nov Additional documents(correction in the employer contract and few documents regarding the business) on 24th March 2014. Submit the additional documents on 3rd of the April that is today and now the wait game starts again... Allocation of the CO is 4m 12days. Peace!!

Its just for nomination. And thank you for your lovely wish!! But i think they only ask additional documnets just only once, so that means they dont need anything else for visa process.

Now i am relaxed and little bit worried as i got an CO appointed on my case and just want it to be positive. finger crossed!!

My employment contract gor some mistakes and business chart was wrong so just need to send them again. Nothing major!! So i got the case officer close to 4.5months mark..

They asked for the additional documents from him on 14th of Jan but because of getting those documents from the employer made his case stretched for more 2months. But in the end he got whatever he wanted and happy daze!!

Hey, Just posting on behalf of a very good friend of mine who regularly keeps an eye on this thread: Visa and Nomination applied on 12th September 2014 additional documents on 14th jan additional time asked for providing documents on 12th of Feb finally a good news came yesterday evening 17th March. time for the whole process is 6months and 1 week.

Called them they said the normal processing time is 6months, but looking at the other people cases it seems like the normal processing time is 4.5months, so i am just going to wait for 2 more weeks then hopefully till then i will have a CO. wish every1 good luck!!

I think your processing time of the application is right on track 4.5months which is good. The thing is that you have allocated your MA's email address for correspondence, so they will going to send what ever they need to your MA or mayb they dont need anything from you. Good luck!!
