Hi guys One of my friend Sent an email to Victoria processing centre yesterday, received the automated reply saying "Please note that we are currently allocating ENS and RSMS applications that were lodged in August 2014"hopefully we are too closed those who lodged in august. Tomorrow gona be big day ,It"s my god feelings

hi Brad 187 visa have hidden confition as migration act and section 137Q gives the Department the power to cancel the permanent residency that you obtained through RSMS. The section itself is relatively straight forward and states that permanent residency granted under the RSMS pathway cancelled if visa holder leave employer and regional. It is better to work 2 years. Cheers

Hi guys As on my request my MA mailed nsw.pse to find out my application status yesterday and he got an Auto response today saying "please Note that we are curently allocating Ens and Rsms application lodged on late july and Early August".hope fully 2 more weeeks to go.fingercrossed.

Yes annie , my MA told me the same things. You will be place on quee and after 28 days it will be reviewed again by first avilable VPO.

Barney 500 sure mate, my mA told me 3 weeks ago that our application was assigned for team10 paramatta.as recent changes in processing ,he says it will take time.everything is decession ready from our side.How about yours and did you used MA.thanks

check this guys recently there is a change in processing. Hello All, After talking with DIBP Case Officers recently they made me aware of a change in way they process applications. Basically they are now called Visa Processing Officers (VPO’s) not Case Officers. The reason for this is your application is no longer assigned to a case officer. Your application now remains in a queue of active applications and once your application gets to the top of the queue a VPO will review it, take any necessary action and then return it to the queue with a 28 day reminder. After 28 days (it could be longer depending on the number of applications ahead of it) it will get to the top of the queue again and a VPO will review it again. It is unlikely to be the same VPO that reviewed it initially. Due to this change in process it is very important to have all of your documents attached as soon as possible to avoid being returned to the queue. This change also means you don’t have a specific case officer to email with updates/questions/requests. Regards

Hi guys i applied on 7 th august with MA nomimation 7 th august Decession ready and it goes to Melbourne excelence centere and while we lodged visa application on 14 th october it goes to paramata nsw.i heard nonination and visa will process by same case officer but why different place , can you help me guys?
