I just rang the immi and they said for 143 which is permanent , there is no mention of entry date and from your entry you have to spent 2 years from 5 yrs with in Australia for renew your Visa. As I am the applicant of 143, I don't know what's written on Visa paper.But according to them Visa will commence from your entry date and there is no condition on entry.

I think when you get your permanent visa you can enter any time within timeframe of 5 years

Hiii dear when did you apply your AOS? I have applied mine on 22/08/2018. At that time they said that they will call u within 28 days but till now nothing. Now they are saying from 1 july 2018 the processing time is 6 to 18 weeks for AOS. How much time immigration will take after aos for 2 vac? Please help .Anyone has any idea?

hiiii to all friends. Friends i want to knw about 143 visa WE, (me, wife, my child) got visa 173 and we arrived in perth on 1/12/2015. But now i want to apply for 143. My question is can we apply for 143 while in australia or we have to leave australia to lodge application for 143. What forms i have to fill to complete the process and what is the processing time for 173 to 143. pls anyone enlighten me regarding this. i will be thankfull to all of you. plsss

Dear Applicant 2013, Similar condition like urs is happening with us. Every thing has been submitted about month ago. Since then no email from immi. just waiting .... Co allocated on 23 july 2015. lodgement date is 11 september 2013

Hello dear, We did our medical on 26 july 2015 . According to the co, as our file is now open, there was HIV test, urine test , blood test and chest x ray. All these tests were indicated by immi when they issued the HAP id mail. Our lodgement date was 11 sep.2013 . Everything has been submitted and waiting for 2 nd Vac.

now its 3 sep 2013 date is assessing by immi. i think they are starting to move after long time

i think if you have your acknowledgement letter, then every necessary detail will be on it like form 80, pcc date, medical date
