hi congrats on the nomination approval, why did you decide to put in your application aswell? don't you have to wait until the nomination is approved then you apply? just submitted my nomination yesterday sure I have months of waiting to come!

Hi God how stressful is all of this! Im now eligible to apply for PR after 2 years with employer. Cant afford a MA so doing myself, have tried to be as organised as poss, got police checks and HAPid for medical ready but im filling in my companies nomination too & struggling! Please can anyone offer advice on what docs you need to provide so far I have: sufficient evidence of training bench marks have been met detailed statement declaring 2 years has been satisfied Payslips extracts of leave records employment contract tax return & profit & loss sheet similar job vacancies code is 5111 Program or Project Administrator. I work as a leasing consultant in a real estate agents Struggling with the below : If there are no Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents performing equivalent work in your workplace at the same location: appropriate references to or copies of certified agreements appropriate references to industrial awards appropriate references to or copies of remuneration surveys appropriate references to the Australian Government’s Job Outlook appropriate references to the Australian Bureau of Statistics Employee Earnings and Hours Survey written advice from employer associations and unions any ideas please im freaking out that if I don't find all the above it wont go through thankyou!

hi I was on a 457 and changed jobs twice, the new sponsor just takes over the responsibilities of the visa. It does however set your PR clock back to 0 so you have to then do 2 years with the new employer to be eligible for PR

hi no i havent, thats what im asking .. its 7 days until my 2 years exactly with this employer so im thinking i dont actually click submit until that day? thanks just wanted to be organised and get it filled out before hand. Do you have any idea what docs they will ask for from my employer? thanks

Hi bit of help please Im applying myself not using a MA ENS from here in oz 2 years with employer will be 18th feb, have filled it all out online but shall I not submit it until the 2 years? I have got my uk police check back, have sent off for my oz one and ive got my HDMI no. so will be booking medical soon ( just wanted to have everything ready so I can upload it soon as they ask for it) Also will I only have to pay the 3500 after the nomination has been approved and I then apply? so far on the nomination it hasn't asked me to upload any company docs or pay the $500 fee??? please help thank u!

congrats josh! can I ask why you waited a month between approval and then applying? im getting all my police checks medicals done now so as soon as it approved I can apply

im doing my ENS on my own not through a MA. Am I right in thinking I submit the employer nomination first and once that's approved then I apply for the visa ? im getting all my medicals and police checks done now so they are ready. can apply after 2 years with current employer on 18th feb. Hi Amy, sorry quick q... so I have downloaded the ACPO form for uk police check... but did you get someone in uk to send it off for you? or can I do a bankers draft from her but then that will be in $$$?? or post it bk to my mum and get her to send off with a uk cheque? what did you do? thank you

Hi I'm applying for my PR in feb through the ENS 186 I think ( been with my employer for 2 years) do I need to be invited to get my police check and medical done? Where's best place to get them and how much do they cost and how long do they take? Any advice greatly appreciated thank you x

Thankyou! you may see from what ive just posted tho that it wasnt easy! it was also a few years when i first got sponsored and you didnt need to have a degree at that time. I am sponsored as a Project/Program Administrator ive worked in the head office of a fitness equipment company/ recruitmnet ( like all english do!) and now real estate which is what i did back in the uk. I think you need a degree or 5 years relevant experience now but just dont give up!!!

I disagree, ive been sponsored 3 times now. I got made redundant from my first job and had 28 days to find a new visa, i then got sponsored again but had a crazy boss so left and got myself sponsored again. Ive now been with this employer 2 years and am going for PR. Annoying that a change of job meant my PR clock was back to zero but got there eventually. I do agree Thomasyo it is alot harder now but despite extremley stressful times i found a way. Something was telling me i am meant to be in oz. Or maybe im just lucky

Hey! I came 4 years ago backpacking on a WHV, was lucky enough to get myself sponsored and am applying for PR in feb. It def can be done, Sponsorship has got a lot harder now tho but if you want it bad enough you will find a way!

its annoying that your employer cant even nominate you until you have completed the 2 years. Id like to get everything ready and filled out also but as its all online we cant really.

God if it came through in a month that would be amazing! im working on about 4 months tho. When are you applying? when are you getting your police and medicals?

Hi Ive been wanting to do my PT course for ages but they vary so much in price, I have found a company called Fitlink who will do your cert 3 & 4 online for $2695!!! Australian Institute of Fitness cost $6500! does anybody have experience with Fitlink? or know if who you get qualified through makes a difference? thank you very much
