Hi - Hope all is good out there. I am hoping to move out in about 18 months (contributory parent) so not at the stage to get quotes yet. would you mind telling me how much you paid for a 20ft container - for budgeting purposes. Many Thanks

Hi JJ I was thinking I would be out there for Christmas 2017, but, from what I am reading on here, and what my agent has told me - I am not holding my breath!! Sometimes I get very low, but am hoping but by the time the Visa comes through the Dollar rate will have improved. So I guess we had better get comfy in the waiting room!

Hi, I'm also a Sept 15 Lodger, nearly one year in, and agent has told me there is no chance I will hear anything for another year. Daughter on Gold Coast, coming home for Christmas though.

Hi, Fairly new to POIA I see no recent threads regarding parents? I applied for mine in September - agent said it would take 18 months/ 2years, has anybody applied and got their visa any sooner. Thanks
