  1. Only going to give my honest opinion here. To be fair they have done a good job this far, I have a positive Skills Assessment - I am a UK qualified Spark, 17th edition, 2391 - mainly commercial but a bit of house bashing I had lots of periods of employment and self employment and to be honest it was an absoute nightmare getting stuff together but they did it for me. I call it as it is. At the moment I am stoked. If this changes I will be the first to have a moan up but I am very happy right now and I bet you don't read that that often on the forums, someone actually happy. If anyone is in the same boat as me, ie UK spark wants any advice for the skills assessment let me know and I will do my best to help you.
  2. Marketing Specialist would certainly be one of the obvious options - it is on the CSOL so you are looking at an eventual 190 visa. However, back to the case in point. If you dont pass skills assessment then there is no progressing down the skilled migration route 190. I would be concerned that you say your role is BusDev / Marketing and at a junior level. If you have a relevant degree that will help, the CIM will help a little also. Skills Assessment is a big cost if you don't have the right experience for sure and they WILL reject no question if you dont make the grade.
  3. Great post very reassuring to know that there is light at the end of what is becoming a very long process
