Hi wrussell. That's on the CSOL isn't it? Am I right in saying that I definitely have to get sponsorship if my occupation is listed on that list or would I be able to try a different route? If this is the case do folks have suggestions on the best ways to secure work that is sponsored? It's so difficult to find these things out. jodipodi / pablo, thanks for the suggestions with agents. I never heard back from the one I contacted the other day so will try the ones you have recommended.

Thanks pablo and jodipodi. I've contacted a MARA registered agent today and am waiting to hear back from them. Any information I can find out would be great as I know I might be on to a bit of an uphill battle with this because of my occupation

Hi folks. I have been looking into moving to Australia and am struggling to find out whether there are any visa options available to me. I am 34 years old and work in Business Development / Marketing (not yet senior level). I know that these do not appear on the skills lists, although there may be some potential for an employer sponsored visa. I also have family in Australia but they are second cousins / first cousins once removed, so I do not think they are close enough to sponsor me either. Is there anything else I could look in to that I haven’t been able to find? Any help is greatly appreciated. I would love to make the move and I am a little heartbroken to think I might not be able to.
