Marketing Specialist would certainly be one of the obvious options - it is on the CSOL so you are looking at an eventual 190 visa. However, back to the case in point. If you dont pass skills assessment then there is no progressing down the skilled migration route 190.
I would be concerned that you say your role is BusDev / Marketing and at a junior level. If you have a relevant degree that will help, the CIM will help a little also. Skills Assessment is a big cost if you don't have the right experience for sure and they WILL reject no question if you dont make the grade.
