  1. Hi Ruchwi16, Both companies you have mention are extremely good companies and I would personal go with your gut feeling as to who ever you feel the most comfortable with and gave you the most information regarding your move. P.S - Keep in mind that for every bad story you hear about a company there are normal 100's of good one's but only the bad one's get highlighted. All the best with your move
  2. Hi EllyPage, Most pet transport companies will have huge buying power with the airlines as they are using them on a daily basis therefore the price you will pay them is not inflated and is normally cheaper than what you can get with the same airline directly. Their knowledge with the local authorities is extremely helpful to ensure a swift process for your pet. Try www.ipata.org All the best
  3. Hi Sebmoran, Your best bet is to visit the British association of Remover website (www.bar.co.uk) where you can search for local accredited removal companies in your area and contact them to arrange for their move consultant to visit you to discuss your requirements (this is free of charge) My advise is not to pick on price and go with your gut feeling as to which company you feel the most comfortable with. All the best with your move
  4. Depending of the volume of furniture you are intending to ship, The normal practice at our company and all other companies is to load the furniture in 1st and then car last as this reduces cost on building a platform over the car if it is not need. Have a look at the BAR website for a local mover who would be more than happy to help you out with your requirements. All the best
  5. As a returning citizen of GB, As long as you can prove you exported the goods to Australia (ie paperwork from your original move) you will be fine. I work in the industry in the U.K All the best
  6. I would recommend getting a full list of the items you wish to ship and contact 3 local companies who should be able to quote you over the phone. You will find most Dublin based companies will cover your area, You can try Kevin @ careline Intenrational Moving in Dublin, Sue @ Irish Relocation in Kildare Liz @ AMC Removals in Kildare. All the best
  7. Hi Beffer, I would recommend calling Mcgimpsey Brothers in Belfast, They are a great company. Remember for international relocations it not all about price is more about service as this is 3rd most stressful thing you will ever do after divorce and death of a family member. Final I would stick with a local company in your area, A England based company (like myself) will contract out your move to a local company in Belfast to the cheapest bidder so you have no control on who really does the work. All the best
  8. I get asked this question 20time every day from customers at the end of the day it normally down to Budget, I have worked out some our prices below which may be of help to you, I would suggest you call 3 local companies to there prices!
