  1. Looks to me the case officer was confused with bye wages as there were too many people working and didn't call for clarification. Later she said to go for MRT. But Rather I reapplied again. This is time no sign of case officer
  2. Visa was processed by Paramatta office. I called them every fortnight to check the update

  6. You can only get RPL if you have had experience. Beware of those Dodgy RPL providers, one of my friend have had a bad experience. Your agent should know how RPL works. Recognition of Prior Learning where you get assessed from your work experience. Good Luck with your visa

  10. Hi Blossom, I will short of 1 months for 2 years when i will be applying. Thinking of applying by 2nd week of July. What happens if my occupation ( painting ) doesnt have cert IV. My MA said its better to do cert IV, i told him its no available, then he suggested me to do cert IV in building and construction. I am confuse as what needs to be done. I actually have more than 2 years of experience but 4 months are part time when i was on studen visa. What r your thoughts on this. Cheers K

I heard that Mel is taking a bit time in assesing the app. By the way i found this http://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/abs@.nsf/0/598C2E23628BB8FDCA2575DF002DA6B8?opendocument regarding work exp. It doesnt say part time or full time. cheers K
  15. Hi, As far as i know you are dependent and will be on the same application. This is what i did for my 485 visa as me and my GF were in de facto relationship. The form that you are referring to is for permanent partner migration. But if you have a MA you should consult with him/her. Cheers K
