Hi, can we still email case officer even if using a migration agent?

Still a big fat NOTHING this morning! Cannot believe they are taking this long when everything is done! All that money we have paid too surely they should inform you if there's no visas left to be granted and also if you get 12 months to enter country from meds or PCC then that's now being reduced especially if we don't get the grant until July! I'm getting really annoyed now, feels like it's an unfair system they have when we all do exactly the same process and yet right at the last hurdle it's a lottery as to what case officer you get given determines how much time you have to wait! Feeling very upset today (rant over) sorry guys x

Who ho is your agent? Did you know they send grants on the first and last weeks of the month? I didn't realise that. Xx

I've just spoke to my agent as I completely went into panic mode! And limits def do apply to visas too. Each category has a certain number of visas allowed for that category. Then the allocation starts again as of the 1st July. So say there were 20000 189 visas left for the programme year that would then be split to per month and then the number of grants are sent out twice a month. I've been told that's the first week and the last week of the month! So now I have everything pinned on next week! Hmmmm hope I explained that ok. Worse case scenario is having to wait until 1st July x

Basically I got a response from my agent this morning saying something about general skilled migration and the levels of applications and that there's a limited number left so it's taking longer! Also says once they reach the limit no more will be sent out for this programme year. When does the new programme year start? I feel sick!

I've just emailed my agent asking them to email case officer and guess what! My agent is on frigging holiday until 25th march grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I wonder if anyone has emailed case officer to remind them about a visa.

I wish I was as cool as you, but the waiting makes me worry worry and worry one more! Prob a woman thing! Lol. I just feel like I can't start clearing house, can't get excited, def can't book our flights until we have that definite grant. We too plan to go in July. The minute we have that grant I can do a dance, scream a little, drink a glass of champagne and then get down to planning everything! Xxx

Hey I have just logged back on and it says the above! So if this is right they def have everything and we are literally waiting on CO putting me out of this miserable waiting game ahhhhhhhhh
