Weldaboy46, Thanks for your advise. I did contact a migration agent and she told me that i do fullfill the 3 month criteria based on the compassionate reasons i gave her but at the end, its up to the CO to decide wether those reasons are compassionate enough for me to be able to get a 3 month RRV so i can enter Australia. So did you please on applying on another visa?
