Visa granted today!!!! Perth Office Applied on 25/07/13

Congras!!! I am from Perth as well, further documents asked on 05/12/13 and still pending. Hope to hear good news soon.

I applied my nomination on 25/06 and application on 25/07, nomination was approved on 05/11 and my CO requested further documents from me on this Monday 02/12. I lodged in Perth.

Hi Carine, The processing time is 6-8 months and I applied my visa on 25 July with my partner in Perth, I still haven't heard anything yet. Have you got your nomination approved?

Hi, I lodged my application in Perth and I got my nomination approval on 05/11, I lodged it on 25/06 and my visa application on 25/07. I am not sure if I have got case officer for my visa, but they didn't ask me for further document yet. And my MA told me that my visa should be granted soon.

Hi Oppyddrum, May I ask how did you know the case officer has allocated? I lodged RSMS 187 on 25 July and nothing hear since that, I use MA and nomination lodged on 25 June.

Hi Hopeless, I don't think there is any restriction on number of nominatee for a company, but I believe for a company to sponsor two people with same position at once which may lead to extra questions from Immigration and my MA told me it is better to use another title instead of the previous nominated one. My MA asked me to provide the last 12 months BAS form my employer to support the sponsorship, therefore, they do look at the entire year turnover. Hope that would help you a bit.

Hey guys, I am a bit worry about my application, I am under the title of Trainee Accountant at the moment and my company is going to lodge the sponsor by using that. I just wonder is that eligible for Accountant (General) 221111. Also, when immigration assess an application which element is the most important thing they look at eg. salary, title or job descriptions. What if the sponsor has not been approved, can I apply with the same company again?
