Can anyone recommend an agent or immigration solicitor ? We are in the final stages of our 190 Visa, our CO due to be allocated on Friday, we declared my husbands drink drive in 2005, a common assault charge in 2008 fined £400 and sent on a course and possession of cannabis 2013. We however totally forgot about a second common assault charge in 2009 he was fined again. I know he has been stupid, he is a fantastic father and husband a hard worker and has made some stupid stupid mistakes. Our agent is concerned that we missed one of the convictions and I'm now really panicking we have been honest with everything since day one and genuinely didn't mean to miss the charge off his stat dec please can anyone recommend someone who can help us ? On the Immigration website they say that if a priority 3 190 Visa to make your medicals and police check loaded up before CO allocated Although if your not in a hurry to go then wait as the 12 months to get into australia is set by the date of medical or police check xz Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

I've got WA sponsorship but this is because my job is on WA list. If your job isn't you don't need state sponsorship you can go for a visa without having to do the state sponsorship? Or do you need the sponsorship for more points ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

I should be allocated a case officer a week tomorrow If they stick to their 5 week guild line as stated on website but see a lot of people aren't :-/ we have already uploaded medicals and police checks should be Uploaded Friday! Can my hubby fly back to oz on his WHV while we wait for our 190 visa to come (should be 3/4 weeks now) just he has a job offer anx really dont want him to miss out on it we have done our medicakx and everything Ive searched everywhere and just cant figure it out

We have applied for our 190 visa last week. My husband has a valid working holiday visa, can he use this to go to Perth to sort some bits out while we wait for it to be finalised? Thanks in advance for any advise I've googled and cannot find anything ?!
