thnx dude..Unfortunate for me as Network Analyst (263113) is in CSOL and restraints me to opt state sponsorship but network & system engineer (263111) belongs to SOL and is independent of any such constraint.

Hi Guys, I am in a great delimma to select the ANZSCO best suited to my profession and seek your assistance. I am working as a Senior Network Engineer (IP DATA Network) and have in depth knowledge on routing and routed protocols, networking technologies etc however I am bit confused between ANZSCO 263111 (Computer network and system engineer) & 263113 (Network Analyst) under the group 2631 (Computer Network Professionals)..Pls assist me if you have been assessed through the same channel. Feel free to contact me if you need any clarification regarding the same.

My experience lies in Networking domain with specialization in Routing & Switching, having in depth knowledge of routing protocols and networking technologies, hands on exp on CISCO and Juniper routers and switches..As per ANZSCO code description list https://acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0018/7641/ANZSCO-Code-Descriptions-1-July-2012-V2.pdf issued by ACS, ANZSCO code 263113 (network analyst) best suited to my exp and if I select the stated code for skills assessment and get the positive outcome then I have left with VISA SUBCLASS 190 to apply for as the stated code is in the CSOL..and I have checked all states Skilled Migration Plan Occupation demand list and found my code to be in demand in only 2 states out of 8..On the other hand if I go with ANZSCO 263111 (Computer network and system engineer) for skills assessment and get a positive outcome then I would be in a position to apply for skilled independent visa subclass 189. Therefore I am looking out for someone in my profession and with the similar skills set, planning or already applied for skills assessment so that I can discuss my case with him.

hey Steve, thnx for replying..there is a dilemma between the above stated codes. If I select 263111, then it will give me privilege to go for VISA Subclass 189 (work and live anywhere in Australia) however 263113 restricts me to work and live in a sponsored state for 2 years and I dont want to restrict my horizons...r u having the same profile as of mine??

Just a small query..is tax return for 5 years mandatory or any alternative like form 16 or payslips would serve the purpose?

However could u pls assist me getting the equivalance to a Mechanical Engineering degree (a 4 yr regular) from Nagpur university NKA RASHTRASANT TUKADOJI MAHARAJ NAGPUR UNIVERSITY.
