  1. Hi, I just applied for my parents Visitor visa (siubclass 600). I applied my Dad as primary applicant. There was a section where it asked me - Is there anyone travelling with the main applicant? I filled my mum's detail in that section. At the end I was only asked to pay the fee for one applicant. When I login to online portal I can see only my dad's detail (person 1). Do I have to apply my Mum's visa application seperately? Please let me know. Thank you. Regards, Raj

  4. You never know. It's highly unlikely that they will ask you any further documents for you nomination. But they may ask for further information for your visa application.

  8. Hi Kawal, Ozmanic is correct. We need to have at least 3 years relevant work experience. So I didn't apply for Direct entry. I hope this information helps.

  10. Guys, Does it makes a difference if you are applying for ENS 186 - Temporary stream and you get promoted to higher position (than your actual 457 nominated position). For example if your are working as Network support and your are promoted to Network support Team Leader. Just a title is different, job description is very similar. I will appreciate your reply. Thanks.
  11. Guys, I lodged my ENS Mid July - Temporary stream. My agent is confident it should be fine. However, I have question. Does it makes a difference if you get promoted to higher position (than your actual 457 nominated position). For example if your are working as Network support and your are promoted to Network support Team Leader. Just a title is different, job description is very similar. I will appreciate your reply.   13. Hi, I am on 457 visa. My employer has lodged a new ENS under Direct Entry. I have a positive skills assessment for ICT Managers nec (135112). I have worked with the same company for more than three years. However, I have only worked in the nominated position (ICT Managers) for few months. Will I be eligible for Direct Stream?   14. Hi, I am currently holding 457 visa. And I have read in Medicare website "Visitors to Australia from a country that has a Reciprocal Health Care Agreement with Australia are also eligible for medically necessary treatment". But my country does not fall under Reciprocal Health Care.Furthermore, some of my friends are telling me that 457 visa holders can have medicare? Is this information true. Please let me know.   18. Hi Guys, I have worked for my employer for more than 2 years and from July 2012 I am on 457 visa which is valid till 2016. As I have already worked more than 2 years for my employer for the same position and now I am on 457 with same employer since July 2012. Could I apply for my PR. Kindly let me know. Many thanks.
