oh yes guys ive been asked for stat declaration as well atleast 2 family members............does tht mean statement on stamp paper or plain paper attested by oath commissioner....and if stamp paper then a 100 rs stamp paper?

i called them a week back + email...got the standard reply the time is 12 months......we'll probably know wht the actual avg time when gold coast get the grant..she's feb applicant.I personally think they want to stretch it to atleast 7 months for females...God knows wht they will do with male applicants

i think everyone needs to write to them or call and ask.Ppl from other countried send an avg of prob 10 mails a month and get visa qicker

I think Amz is right when she says its different for Guys n gals.....It very difficult for a guy to come and stay with the wife after Nikkah just to prove they've been living together.He could take the wife to australia bu then AHC has to give visa first and the visa time is 12 months
