  1. I think you are right, depend upon occupation and Cert. You should be OK if RCB is positive.
  2. Stay in regional area in same occupation, you should be ok.
  3. Find a job in same occupation in regional area and you should not have any problem. DIAC want you to stick to regional area and in intended job.
  4. I think you are included in same application filed by your partner. Those forms are for partner sponsorship. Another thing you have to check is your original visa have no condition attached to it which bar application.
  5. If you have degree you do not have to worry about two year experience requirement. It only applies to certain diplomas.
  6. RSMS 119 Grant One person I know RSMS 119 Visa granted November 26, 2013 Non DRC, HR, MEL RBC-22 April 2012 Nomination and Application-June 27 2012, Last week rush under old rules CO need more detail about nomination-22 may 2013 Nomination approved-28 October 2012, Medicals and VAC 2 requested Medicals- 11 Nov 2013 VAC 2 Sent -25 Nov 2013 VISA GRANT 26 November 2013. Little long wait but worth
  7. Usually less than two weeks but in some cases it may be longer. You should be happy VAC 2 payment means positive outcome soon.
  8. Blossom79, Thanks for so much help and volunteer work. 119/857 RSMS is getting pretty inactive. I watch 187 but will move there after exhausting this site. We are already in last week of June 2012, it may go into next planning year 2014-15.
  9. I think Blossom is right, you need two years experience based on qualification not position. Other route is go for 457 and get required experience ( if you are from certain countries need experience for skill assessment in 457) or get a full diploma.
  10. I written in earlier posts regarding this bottleneck and resulting wait times due to program planning levels. RSMS is facing long delays due to last rush of June 2012.
  11. H One person I know from MEL with same date still have no CO.
  12. Congratulations, The wait was worth. We have two grants from June 29.
  13. Most people from last week of June 2012 still waiting for decision.
  14. blossom If applicant is two year diploma holder in Horticulture, for applying 187, did two years experience is required or not ? I think that requirement is for certIII or four only.
  15. I think if application is lodged under old rules, no additional fee is required. But reading new fee structure table on page 34 it says additional 1050$. http://www.immi.gov.au/fees-charges/_pdf/visa-pricing-table.pdf
  16. Yes, applicant can include spouse if get married before visa decision is made under same fee and application. Let the CO know and provide all the documents relating to change. He should proceed and save fee and extra wait.
  17. Congratulations Leonie, Did you applied Melbourne office?
  18. 13 months are long wait and frustrating, but Karan lot of other people are in the same boat.
  19. It is quite normal, nothing to worry.
  20. If new owner is buying whole business entity with same ABN , No problem. If old business ceases to exist and starting as new business you have to start all over again and it will be tough for new business to niminate.
  21. Good news expected after July 1, 2013 with new allocation to RSMS.
  22. Looks like details of your work employees. But should be directed to your employer. It means they want to check how many citizens vs PR employed by your work.
  23. Differ for rcb,s location and requirement. Check with where you applying.
  24. Let us hope for 3-4 months, if everything goes OK. Yes your occupation/application should be processed faster.
  25. Ginz I think you are absolutely right on this.
