Guys dont take examples of other cases , every case is different and they treat every one differently , there is no such pattern i have seen in this whole year , so we always make assumptions and they come with up different scenario so its better to just let it happen without expecting it will make the wait bit lighter on u : ) i called them Yesterday it is my 12th month and still waiting for the Medicals and when i spoke to other lady she said we are in contact with agent and when i asked her to open the file she said they contacted last time in October when they asked for addition documents and since then no contact even she sent them email ,then she transferred me to my own CO Ms K.A at the start she was strict and then when she opened file she was suddenly friendly because it was her mistake and she started telling me stories but i know that she didnt even bother to open the file and send the medicals request on time when everything is done so she told me it is not a big deal it take only 3 days to get the medicals cleared she will try to finalize my case within time line of 12 months this and that so really expecting the medical request this weekend so bro we never know with them if we will expect less from them then we can bear this headache kind of wait otherwise it is gonna be so stressful sorry for the long post

Well good Job done but u should have added the date which was already there on other sheet because now everyone will have to let u know the details , so if u copy paste the other date to this sheet and then if new applicants come they can email u to add the date or can mention in thread to update it in spreadsheet.

what is the average time for the visa to be granted once the medicals and additional documents have been finalized?

i dont think anyone can answer that question , it depend on SCO and CO , after u r done with Medicals and Additional documents they do make the decision but no time frame for it so just wait for it bro and pray that decison go in ur favor soon : )

Yesterday i called AHC, they said that i may expect an interview in the coming week so let see.. Anyone have any interview experience @AHC..?? Please share with us. Thank you..!! Hoping for some good news..

Bro ur SCO will call u and will let u know when the interview will happen and also they will send u the letter about it , they will might ask u to come to Isb AHC or they will do phone interview , so remind every detail u have given to them in ur time line everything u say will be recorded and on that they will make the decision so u should be prepared in mind that the information u have given them in documents and when they ask verbally should be same and dont lie about anything given them perfect reason for anything which go against u InshALLAH after interview u can expect the decision within one week , wish u good luck

I need urgent help. I have been granted sponsored visit visa and its mentioned that i need to arrive before 5th June. My husband is just back ti Sydney after vacations in Khi and he could not get any leaves earlier than July. I cannot travel alone without him. Can you guys pls suggest what I should do? Is it possible to extend the entry date by any means?

They are not gonna extend date of entry , Congrats , for females they do not take that long withing 6-8 months they finalize the case.

got requst for MRC after more than 12 months. wat were they doin all this time? pcc is expiring in april. any chances of getting visa this month? :mask: everything else is submitted already. :rolleyes: nearly 13 months now.

Bro it is a positive sign for you , it means after receiving MRC they will issue you visa still there is time for April so hopefully in the start of April u will get ur visa , just get MRC and send them ASAP!

Bro i never went to any union council or nadra office... immigration deprt just needs a stamp of union council on ur nikah nama... i simply handed my nikah nama to the imam which recited my nikah and all other requirements was done by imam himself...consult with ur imam

Nope bro MRC is different paper like Birth certificate which Union Council issues u , Nikam Nama already get attested by union council but MRC is a different paper

Yes u just need to go to Union Council of your area i dont think they issue it on spot but in day or two they will give it to u thats for sure...

co is Z.. mrc, evidence of emails/calls.. pictures.. affidavits of family members.. on the email they have written MRC issued by union council.. does not say from Nadra? can u please confirm?

NADRA issues it but u get it from Union Council , what time u got the email bro ????

Congrats and what time they sent u email today ??? because my MA works until 11am Pakistani time so may be they have sent to me as well after 11am , ur CO is K.A ??? AND Bro MRC is marriage Registration Certificate which Nadra gives you , u can contact the Imam who did ur Nikah he must know about it or u can get it from the Union Council near to u

Z is Zu..Ria and she is really strict i spoke with her Twice and she is not my CO though so as far as your case is strong you sohuldnt be worried they treat every one in this manner , what is ur DOL ??? can u please add ur details in the spreadsheet..

Some lady called me today from AHC and said we requested your Marriage Cert and Nikah Namma in OCT, which we have not receive yet..!! I got so pissed at her..!! I send them those documents 4 months ago.. What the hell was that..!! Then she was like, let me check.. Yes we have your documents.. Our mistake!! What the **** is this...!! It means 4 months delay already!! How come the application does not refused and How come the applicant can apply for a spouse visa without the Marriage Certificate..!! I don't understand these people at all.. This is what they do and that's why it takes 15-16 months..!! They can finalize in 6 months but because of their dramas and laziness our lives depends on.. Worst AHC in the world..!!

 

I think you are not getting your medicals may be becoz of one of their Bulls***, You should check with them..!! They are the people with no feelings..!! I hope one day Minister take action against them and they should not be dealing with the partner visas anymore..

This exactly what happen with me as well , my MA sent them additional document on Oct 23rd but after that there was no confirmation and she sent email for confirmation but there was no reply then i called her on 17th November and she checked the email and said yes we have received ur documents so they are really BULLS***** u r rite if they do their work the visa can be finalized within 6 months but they just play with our emotions , i wish Minister took notice of it but they spend the money we pay as Fee to other aspects of Life in Australia and do not spend money on extending staff to finalize cases soon in DIAC , i just wish and pray for everyone that we get rid of this AHC thing as soon as possible and never deal with them again because it is a big HEAD ACHE

umm we got medical request after like 9 months and 3 weeks. Dun worry urs on its way. i guess it doesn't matter wn they recieve medical. they will take their time no matter wat. is there any chance we get visa before May 2013 coz i guess that's wn the pcc is expiring.

hmmm i dont know what they are doing but u r Feb applicant so dont worry because they are finalizing the cases in 14 months so by April u will get visa if not then must be before PCC expire but we never know with them , u r done with Medicals so most probably in 13th month or after completing 14 months u will must get ur visa InshALLAH .....

No, no updates here we emailed to case officer, but got no reply. i rang once n they said its ok only 12 months, it could take around 12- 15 months. and they are working on the file. They are really not sure of the time frame. We just have to pray and wait n wait n waitttttttt ... I hope we all get visas sooon. too much wait is causing too much emotional distress

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i wish Allah give them some sense to understand our feelings , its really hard to live apart from your life partner once u r in marriage relation and moreover they do not give us any hint about it instead of STUPID HURTY answerz , first they say time line is 12 months and when its 12 months they say it will take 12-15 months then why they hell they mentioned 12 months in ack letter !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday was the last Saturday of the month , any one got any request or any updated ???? i am really hoping that i have got the Medical request but can be found when my MA will be back on her desk tomorrow please pray for me guys that tomorrow i get some update really need ur prayers

It means your application is IN PROCESS by Security agencies, this is very good sign. Keep your hopes high and Agencies do ask such things when they are working on some one's file. you should be glad that you file is not lost in the pile of others.

Bro they come up with most stupid reasons so we never know with them , my CO asked for it when they asked for additional documents and she opened the documents when i called her !!! they do not care ,then she said she is gonna forward this information to agencies and they will finish it soon and it has been 3 months and nothing happen yet after that , so bro i wish that its not the case for waseem , i wish they finish it soon and he get the decision soon....
