hey simee no CO Yet ???? i was looking u r March Applicant so yeah its almost 4 months , why no contact yet and also u didnt sent Form 80 , they shud contact u now for these things , i dont know why they havent have contacted u yet , if u havent heard anything from them then it means April applicants will be contacted next month or may be more ((( ,aik garmi jaan nahi chor rahi upar say light nahi ati aur ab CO bhi nahi mail rahay )))

ASKHAN our fauj is really bahadur there is no doubt in it , and MATE i think u have got the right answer for mukesam so stop blaming ur country or fauj yar , try to do something being an individual everyone that other nations give us priority as well , we do bad things after going there , live their illegally , involve ourselves in crime and so many other illegal things to zahiri bat hai when someone will apply for the Visa they will be strict to us because never forgot being Pakistani in other countries u are ambassador of ur country if u will do something wrong it will hurt u and also ur country's reputation ......

hey! They usually ask for medicals aftr security cheks or bfr tht?any idea?hop v al gt news soon,bst of luk to all of us

they ask for the security checks Form 80 before medicals , they do security checks first then they ask for the medicals , or if u didnt sent form 80 with application at first then they might ask for both Form 80 and Medicals at same time

Neighbors means Indians ??? , and i think it took 12 to 17 months for guys when they forwarded the cases back to Islamabad AHC from Bangkok , so thats why it took lot of time ,i dont think its gonna take that time now, and if some one is getting a request for sending medicals after 3 months it means it will hardly take 8 months time altogether to grant the visa if some one is lucky , coz i dont know why they dont want the guys to come in Australia (

well! Simee and Amz . . . NO!. . . i sent them a fax again and requested them to send me the acknowledgement letter. . .haven't got any answer yet (AS ALWAYS) . . .you guys don't need to be worried about your visas as you all have got your acknowledgement letters but my case is worst among all of us. . . lawyer says its normal and in many cases it happens due to many factors but i'm not satisfied with his statement. . .my file was strong enough (Alhumdulillah) and i had sent my original attested PCC With the Application as well. . .i don't know whats wrong with them .

 

 

 

Hey nidz i called them today to enquire if they had recieved my form 929 and after a long wait i was finally put thru and a very polite staff informed me tht they had....this happened in the morning around 11:30 am.......do call tomorrow and inquire

 

PS:They wudnt give me any hint of where my file is at this stage

MRT is Migration Review Tribunal and Rana gee why they refer ur case back to Islamabad ???? because if u have won MRT case then it means they will give u the visa instead of going through the same process again , and after Review Tribunal they stamp ur visa if u won the case that sound so strange to me ........

Did you write the declaration from ur side of the family on stamp paper? SIGH !!!!!!

The declaration should not be on the stamp paper , u can type and can get print on simple A4 Paper and got the signature of the person who is giving statement on ur behalf also get the front and back side photo copy of CNIC on one paper of that person anddddd CNIC should be Translated in English as well , u can get the English translation form from any shop near to u who sell Stamp Papers and do type agreements on Stamp Papers ..... BIG EFFORT

The documents which u send to AHC just need to be attested and notarized so u dont need to get it attested from Foreign Ministry,it is good to be attested if u r already going to Australia then it can be helpful for u if u go to Pakistani Embassy for some reason regarding any documents like degrees and stuff and simee i asked u before as whats the logic of Monday ???

WOW Goldcoast thts awsome if they call u for medicals after 3 months then it means u will have interview call within few months so yeah u said right it will might take hardly 6 to 7 months which is much better then 12 months wait .......... girls choti Eid tak to bhool Jayain , haan Bari Eid ka socha ja sakta hai

888 form is for the sponsor ,the friends or relatives of Sponsor fill it in who live in Australia ,whether for applicants we can send the statements on simple paper not 888 form.but yes it needed to be sent with application.

Good Visa309 ,Yeah u said right form 80 and Original PCC are must , they do not accept photocopies of it and also u mentioned and i mentioned before as well that they are already working on it and they do give us call when they need some one so dont be depressed of not having any CO yet , and i also got the impression that they will contact us when they require something,and dont forgot not even Pakistanis, Afghani nationals also apply for visa from Islamabad AHC so immigration deptt has so much load so thats why it take time plus we are in high risk country so they do proper security check of our character and verify everything about us specially for men,so all we can do is wait .........

AHC do check cases in QUE and if they are asking for PCC or Form 80 later then it means they will look at it again when the ur turn will come or when u will mail them the required forms so isnt it better to send all the documents at once to reduce ur time period of waiting.....

AMZ form 956 is for assigning the Migration Agent if u want too , for changing address n stuff is Form 929 which simee did , and nope its not that we send form 80 if we feel like it , its very basic and important document and on this document they do all the security checks because in that form u give all ur details so they do ask for it sooner or later , and we need to send Original PCC with the other attested documents ,i dont think they accept copy of PCC

so these forms are necessary to be filled and sent to them becoz it really reduce the time , because if they ask for these documents in mailing them and then their verification take time too so its better to send all documents at once it really helps

guys correct me if i am wrong,the people who are gettings calls from the AHC are not for CO assigned but they r calling to ask for the documents ??? so if like me i sent all the required documents so means the next call i will get is if they ask for medicals from me,and i have seen many people in this forum didnt send PCC with application why is that ? its the necessary document to send along with all your documents for the visa 309 ???? and yeah they shoudnt give a time of 6 weeks to assign CO , and i also felt that people who are getting calls after 3 months they also have got the call for the documents ??? or they give u confirmation that this person is your CO??? kindly answer , and one advice please do not contact them consistently it leave bad impression on your case let them take their time because they are very dumb believe me and they can do mistakes which can cause u more and more wait so be patient

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm means if some one who applied in Feb is getting CO assigned after 3 to 4 months then i think we will get it in the mid of July or August sooooooooooooooo long to wait but i hope after that we can count on them ..... what was so special about this monday ? or monday is ur lucky day but yes its queen's birthday today in Australia so public holiday so ur lucky monday gone oooppppssss

(Ladies yahan bhi shopping aur sale ki batain shuru ) ....

Assalam o alaikum everyone, yeah simee we are in same boat but its stuck inbetween the ocean looking at the Harbour bridge and Opera House's lights but hoping for the immigration guys to start the engine of our boat ,well stareye we have to wait becoz nothing we can do , and also one thing guys if u will keep on calling them and emailing them regarding ur application it put bad impression on your so avoid it let them take the time its good for u believe me,i passed through the same process before as well and being patient is the best policy in this case,well stareye dont compare our cases with UK Applicants becoz we are from so called High Risk Country and it takes 12 months,well i wish good luck to everyone and expect the same from all brother and sisters Inshallah everyone will get the visa and will start their marriage life together........ take care everyone

Hiiii every one,i applied for 309 visa in April,i got acknowledment letter in the mid of April which said CO will be alloted in 6 weeks and will let me know whether interview is required or not,still havent have got any contact from them,so is there anyone with same situation ???? or can anyone tell me when they r gonna allot me CO. and whats the time period ????
