Finalized means they already ask u for the Medicals and PCC ? have u submitted ur Medicals ??? and gud to know Feb Applicants have got their Medical request in June which is good , next are March and then hopefully April ones, i read earlier threads before for females it wasnt that long but look at Simee she is still waiting , some guys got it in 13 ,17 or 18 months but females were getting visas in 7 or 8 months , i hope they are not gonna take whole 12 months , wish u a good luck though Alilibra May Allah do Rehmat in this Sacred Month of Ramadan on u and all of us Ameen .

and it all depend on the interview and evidence u give them so try to explain them as much as u can that this relationship is Genuine and ongoing ,this time i provided them all the emails we do , all the texts we do everyday , all the chats we do , pics ,videos of Nikah , Mehndi and Valima everything even the receipts of bills where we did dinner together and pics of my wife with each and every individual of my family JUST TO PROVE THAT WE ARE GENUINE , and also guys dont forget the aussie person who is interviewing u has different mentality but still they ask u questions according to Pakistani culture becoz they know that we do Mehndi , valima kind of stuff on our marriages but yes even u did only Nikah then u can give explanation to them why Rukhsati is not happen yet explain them briefly and for Females i dont think they are gonna make this thing an issue , its only for guys

Yup we go to MRT After that and after 6 months due to some issue we canceled our case , now we have applied again so lets see what happen now . and yes for Guys its always hard and they always ask u stupid questions which has nothing to do with the case which is ridiculous and they go very personal as well which is not good

i applied for 309 visa before as well , and they ask for all the details , like Valima and Mehndi stuff and videos and pics for that when they interview u ,i didnt done Mehndi and Valima functions and they refused my visa and they give the reason in the refusal letter , ur CO can might be Pakistani but Interview will be taken by some Aussie Guy/Gal so u need to satisfy him /her with ur answers as he/she will be the one who has to make the decision at the end , also they ask u several questions about family about living together and they make decision on behalf of proof u give them so be careful guys

Bro i think its hard to prove when u rukhsati is not happen yet , u can still apply but chances are less to get the visa , i think u shud apply for it after the rukhsati when u start living together , if ur wife is ur relative then it can might be different scenario but i think still they would like to have proof of living together as husband and wife , and u did Nikah so u cant apply for fiancee visa ....

What about North Sydney ????? i have seen Lakemba on internet it looks like local area of Arab Market and Mosques over there too and one guy who interviewed said its the Muslim capital of Australia , i think there is no mosque in North Sydney rite ????

this is what they tell to everyone (Standard Answer ), nothing to worry , for u its not gonna take that long ,it might take that long for guys but for gals its might gonna take 6 to 9 months , if they are asking for the Medicals after 4 or 5 months its really gonna reduce time coz they ask for the medicals after security checks so i hope and wish its gonna be finalized in few months after medicals

well yeah they shud be co operative its their job , but we shudnt forgot they r working on loads and loads of application so sometimes then can be kinky after having lot of queries any how yes if they are asking for the Medicals after 5 months , and i think now they are giving time line of 9 to 12 months so we shud hope they will will finalize the application in 9 months InshAllah .

well great work done by them , u have applied for 309 visa and they forward it to visit visa section awsome work sara rona he yahii hai k they are not working efficiently even though they have a work load but atleast they shud concentrate on wht they are doing , well no wonder it takes that long time for them to make a decision

yup thats very unfair , becoz if there feb applicants are getting visas then atleast for us they shud ask for the medicals and stuff to let us know that atleast something is happening with our case.... i think feb or march applicants will hear something from them in this month and then April ones i hope sooo

and i got a call from AHC for my job addresses so means they were already working on Form 80 which is for security checks , so hope next call will be for the Medicals i thinkk as i already sent PCC along with other documents when i applied ????
