Nai yar if they had only 10 to 15 applications it was not gonna take that much time , they have loads and loads of applications and there are many Pakistanis living there , and u know our culture mostly Pakistani guys get married here and then take their wives with them , then people are there on skilled visa's as well and Permanent Residents k bad pehla kaam yahi hota hai k bewi noooo naaal lay k jana ayyyyy to bas bro there are many applicants , its just most of people dont know about this Forum ......

Nope i dont know on this Forum didnt see anyone who get visa from Last 3 months so lets see kya hota hai, Goldcoast ,Alilibra are still waiting if they will get it then we can expect something from AHC , lets see what happen next .............

Hahahahaha mate u r in Sydney where its winter and days are short but here in Lahore today it was sooooo hot and humid and Fasting is very hard so yup true roza lag raha hoga aaj , but I hope InshAllah Allah will reward all Muslims for Fasting wherever they are and InshAllah we all will get the Visa's soon as well

After Medicals ur CO's fwd the case to Senior CO if he/she is done with the application ,and SCO is the one who call u for the Interview if required and it depend on how strong ur case is , if they need any explanation on some issue they ask for the interview otherwise they just grant the visa and send u email .

Dont worry very soon u will also know it InshAllah , the people who got Medical request they must know it becoz they mention the CO name in it and also give direct email address of ur CO where u can contact them if u have any query , i dont know its still same but before they were used to give it to the applicant.

Our movie's name is Lambi Judai and my case is bit different from them , i am doing it allover again not after MRT remittance , so lets hope for the best this time InshAllah .

hmmm well it depend on u , but my advice is u shud send it as we are from HR country and now they are asking from the females as well , so if u want to reduce the time ,u shud send it before they ask i think , baqi ap ki aur ap k husband ki marzi

the declaration from the person who is giving statement on ur behalf shud be of ONE PAGE , and will have to tell that they know u and how this marriage happen ,whether they participated in it or not , and it was arranged or love marriage , and at the end I .............. DO HEREBY SAY THAT THIS RELATIONSHIP IS GENUINE AND ONGOING .

Yup better do it before they ask so that u can send them when they ask for it ASAP. and yes simee if u have western union transcript or any financial support evidence from ur husband must send it with all the other evidence it help them making decision in ur favor : )

what sort of cards are these ??? wedding cards or greeting cards , whatever these are send them original not photo copies ,they will send it back after making decision

ok thats good , after conducting medicals here they send the results to Australian Health Organization and i think within two weeks it come back , so i hope at the end of this month or early September u will hear something from AHC , i hope , wish and pray the next call will be for VISA GRANT for all of u Feb applicants

[h=3]2012-13 Migration Program Increases[/h] The overall numbers for the 2012-13 Migration program have been announced. The overall program will be 190,000 which is an increase of 5,000 places from 2011-12. There will be 129,250 places in the skilled stream, an increase of 3,400. The reasoning for the increase is that there is ongoing strong demand for skilled labour in parts of the Australian community. The family stream will increase from 58,600 places to 60,185 places - an increase of 1,585 places. It is good to see the family migration program being acknowledged as being an important factor in attracting and retaining skilled migrants. People applying for family sponsored visas, such as partner visas, should hopefully experience faster processing of their applications going forward.

Simee got Medicals done ??? before it was in Hameed Latif Hospital in Lahore , where it happen now ???? mean to ask which laboratory or clinic ??

Bro it is their standard reply , they send this to every query we made , not here but i have seen on Indian expat forum that few people asked then and they told them 7 months mantra and few days later they get their visa , so dont worry and bro April applicants are still waiting for the medicals look at our patience dont be impatient its only one month u got acknowledged we are waiting from almost 4 months ap ki bhi bari aa jaye gii InshAllah soon
