Well i hope that we will get the Medical request soon and Lahorite got her Medical request in 4 and Half months and yes they speed up process after financial year starts as March applicants on this Forum got it exactly after Feb applicants so i hope early April applicants will get CO assign and medical request before EID , it wud be nice but even they are gonna ask after Eid its still 4 and a half month my four and half months will be completed on 25th of August so i hope and wish we also get it in 4 and half months InshAllah

and also it took 8 months for her becoz there was some delay due to financial year thing as well ,i dont think people who already got Medical request are gonna wait till 8 months ,their cases will be finalized in Sept/October INSHALLAH which means 6 or 7 months only we will have have better Idea if Feb applicants will get their visa

Hmmm well they contacted her in 3 Months after lodging application and she did not sent the Form 80 at the start so i think that is why it delayed the process ???? i think the people who submitted the Form80 at start and have got Medical request already will get the visa soon InshAllah

yes thats the right approach sis and nothing to worry just provide them whtever they want and the biggest proof is truly ur son and they can never refuse ur visa , u will have to wait but InshAllah soon u will get it

SIS if some one do not send the Form 80 they ask for it later , my Agent specially said that to me to fill FORM 80 to send it with application documents becoz it reduce time , so better send them before they ask , becoz sooner or later they will ask for it ...

Form 80 is for both Males and FEMALES , so we shud all send it at the start to reduce time , if Simee has sent it already by now she was also going to have Medical and Medical is the last thing before the decision , so Form 80 is must for security clearance and it take 60 to 90 days which means 3 more months , for females may b it take less time but for guys they take more then 3 months for security checks , so its better to send it with application documents so that they start working on it , when i applied in April,i got a call in May from CO regarding the Form 80 which means they were already working on it , and re the video issue , they do not ask for the video but i think we should send it for the sake of our relationship as they shud be satisfied that according to PAKISTANI culture everything in wedding happend , every one has their own opinion but dont forgot they make very little thing a big issue and the result we can face is REFUSAL which means u will be apart from ur wife/husband for more one and half year so bhaiyoo aur behnooo apni taraf say poori koshish kero baqi Allah pay chor dain

Nope FORM 888 is always from Sponsor's side and that is for Australian citizens who give declaration for the relationship.from Applicant side it is on simple paper not on 888 Form

and also dont forgot to send the vedio of ur wedding it is necessary even they didnt asked for it ,it will be good evidence and the ridiculous part with this immigration thing is THAT even u have a son u still have to give them evidence THAT this relationship is genuine and ongoing!!!!!

Ok then u shud send almost 30 pics including all the barat ,mendi or if only did Nikah Pics showing the event happening and as they asked when ur son born and also if u and ur husband both go to see some places so send all these pics,dont send them albums and albums ok only 30 pics and also one thing sis also write on the back side of pic that where u took this photo and of what event this photo is and when u capture it with date if do not remember date just mention the month and year , do not send them original Nikah Nama only send the photo copy of it which is attested by Oath commisioner and notarized .

this is annoying sis but if we do it properly at the start it really help reduce the time , and they have this in the document list as well that we need to send them Form 80 , declaration and stuff so if we send all the document at once it really help proceed the process fast

i had that changeable CNIC translating form but i am sorry i lost the USB other wise i cud send it you via email , but mostly the people who sell stam papers they have these forms in their computer system so i hope u can find it easily if cudnt find anyone near to u, u can get it done from Cantt Court if u live near Cantt or Model Town Court there are many people who do this , u can get it attested from there as well so first just write the decleration get the signatures on it and then even just take the photo copies of the CNIC's they will translate it so attatch it with decelration and get it attested

Nope it shudnt be on stamp paper , just type it and get a print on A4 Paper , when u type a Deceleration just leave some space at the bottom of page for the signatures and date , and also get the photo copy of CNIC both front and back side on one page of that person , and if u will go to stamp paper shop they have urdu to english translated CNIC form ,get the CNIC translated in English and attatch it with the decleration , then only get it attested and notarized . this is what i did and they accepted it

But the person who is over 18 years age do not need B Form , they only need to submit their Birth Certificate ?????

Well yes usually they are assigning CO and medical request in 4 and Half Months , mine DOL is 10th of April so yes i hope they will do it After Eid and it means can expect it at end of August after Eid

Marriage Registration Cert is the one which we get from NADRA right ?? what about Family Registration Cert ????? kindly explain

Sabi has got Medical Request along with additional documents becoz u sent Form 80 along with other documents while applying rite ???? and Semi didnt get Medical request coz she didnt submit Form 80 before , and they do it in a que so that is why they have go it on same day , well i am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy and relived to hear this good news from both of u yes AMZ we are the next and hope fully by the end of August we will also have Medical request
