  1. Yes, I have seen people who received the same email and got approved shortly after. Others, like me, received the same emails, but have heard nothing Edit: Also, add your timeline to your signature.
  2. You cannot import/check the Company Nomination on your account. You are able to import your application in to your account though.
  3. I think some people have said they received approvals on Saturday, but these might have been scheduled from Friday. I have even seen people said they got theirs on Sunday but these may have been scheduled from Saturday or even Friday.
  4. Did you receive the recent emails last week advising it would be assigned to a decision maker?
  5. I think @boo-yaa is right. The training benchmarks are meant to be applicable to Permanent Residents and Citizens I thought. Then again, I'm no MA! @BCS
  6. Good to see some people who received the emails from Immi about applications being allocated to a Decision Maker are resulting in the applications being processed.
  7. Did you receive any automated emails recently advising your application or nomination application was processing and will be assigned to a decision maker?
  8. I spoke with Immi General Enquiries this morning regarding the latest email updates we received around the Company Nomination and my Application: We are writing to inform you that your application for an Employer Sponsored Entry visa will shortly be allocated to a Decision Maker for assessment. We are writing to inform you that your employer nomination application will shortly be allocated to a Decision Maker for assessment I asked if they had received any other calls about this and the person I spoke to was not aware of any recent changes to their process or knew about the emails. They were unable to provide any more information even though I read out word for word what was in each email. It isn't their fault I know and they were empathetic to the situation. In my gut, I feel like they do not actually mean anything, as people who applied a month ago have received the same emails, people who applied way before me haven't received them, and a selection of people on this forum did receive them. It is all very confusing and frustrating. I know everyone on here is going through similar situations (both positive and negative) and it is just really frustrating not knowing. I just want to know on this date/time we will tell you a decision, regardless of what that decision is, so I can plan my life. Not too hard to ask is it considering how long I have been in Australia? End of rant
  9. Do you mean the AMSR for your nominated occupation is now higher than what your nominated company is paying you after six months? Might be better to speak with a registered and reputable MA.
  10. Copied from @sydneyishuk signature For Newbies: 1. Update your Profile: -> https://www.pomsinoz.com/settings/signature/ or click on your account in the top right -> Account Settings -> Signature 2. The Spreadsheet is here: ENS 186 Timeline - Google Sheets
  11. If you've gone to Bupa with your HAPID for the relevant people on the Visa application you should be fine.. There were some notices a while back saying to disregard any notifications around health examinations if they had already been completed. However, if you are unsure, pleas check with a registered and reputable MA.
  12. Glad I can be somewhat of a help. Will keep you posted if the emails actually bring anything positive or it's just a load of tosh to keep the carrot dangling!
  13. My MA just advised that an email was received for both the Nomination (today) and Visa Application (yesterday) advising it would shortly be allocated to a case officer for processing. We are writing to inform you that your application for an Employer Sponsored Entry visa will shortly be allocated to a Decision Maker for assessment. We are writing to inform you that your employer nomination application will shortly be allocated to a Decision Maker for assessment
  14. If you had already applied for your visa in May 2018 as per your signature your BVA should have kicked in automatically after your current visa expiration. I believe a BVC is only relevant if you did not have a substantive visa previously. However, I may be completely wrong here so please seek a registered MA for further clarification if you are worried.

  16. I will be switching to my BVA tomorrow automatically since my 457 expires today. What do I need to do regarding Medicare as it also expires today?
  17. I vaguely remember seeing the latter when I first did mine and then it switched to the former after a few days.
  18. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Hopefully you are all good soon enough! FYI, you can import “your” application in to your own ImmiAccount assuming you have the TRN number for the visa application. You can then check the progress of that without relying on your MA for constant updates. It’s both a blessing and a curse as I find myself checking too many times throughout the day.
  19. Gives me some hope as I am also on grandfathered option and applied June 2018. Any requested information on the nomination? What did your company do for training benchmarks? Thanks in advance.
  20. Quite a few approvals going through recently which is great to see! Has anybody who is on the "Grandfathering" rule been approved? I fear the timelines may be slightly longer for us who are on this rule.
