Please advise !!!!! I am planning to apply for state sponsorship.(WA) Do I need to send the originals or the certified copy of an skills assessment outcome to sponsoring state ? The thing is when I applied for assessment to Vetassess , I selected ordinary way (ordinary mail) of delivery which is the slowest. I found out from some friend that one can’t change the delivery method once application is completed. In order to save time, I am planning to ask them to send the outcome to my friends address in Melbourne where he can scan and send me a copy. Otherwise, it will take at least 25 days before it reaches me. I do not know whether I need the original of this assessment outcome later when I apply to DIAC…. Guys , Please share you knowledge !!!!

Yes, it appeared as a status description of my application under the first comment, which is same as yours. ("Your application record/form and supporting documents have been received and is currently being processed. If VETASSESS require any further documentation in order to proceed with this application you will be notified.") Guys, who can tell me how long it usually takes after assessment officer is appointed? Hello Guys, Just yesterday I found out that vetassess updated my personal page by adding new information to the description of status which says “Documents checked (initial checking of your documents shows nothing further is required at this stage. You will be contacted if further documents are required) Does this sing mean that I going to get my assessment outcome soon? Who had such experience please advise !!!

Hello Tanmoy, I also applied for the assessment of my qualification and employment to Vetassess , copies of my were sent to them on 29/12/11, they confirmed the receipt on 6th of January. Please keep in touch if you have any news. Good luck !!!
