so can i call this i have 1 EOI now if button appear? or this is not counted?

same message apply button for 186 visa and 457,, can somebody tell me what to do now? is this invittion or not yet?

I did check my EOI today and next 186 and 187 visa is appeared new window as: APPLY FOR VISA, ....but i never recieve any correspondance that i been granted any EOI from employer, what does that mean? Can i apply somehow for this visa even withould employer? i dont really understand what shall i do now?

I worked in accounting for now 6 mths,, i longed Skill Select and when comes to summary, 186 visa shows me that look exception or disregard,, what that means? Can i tick look exception?

no i am currently on 485, and work currently as account clerk, which is ok, but when my visa will expire,,,,can my employer ask for me for employer working visa? how long is condition after that to work for him? In case that work visa wil be granted for 5y, and the first 3 months of it i will get EOI to apply for 189 visa as per my points,, can i changed that and longe aplication ? In case yes,,and get PR can i leave my employer before 5y expire?

Hi Guys, Got a couple questions, first i joined Skill Select and not sure if i can claim 5 POINTS for my partner , he got accounting degree, skill assesment, 6 band each EISLT, all stated on Skill select,,,,but never worked in accounting....but skill Select not asked for any experiencies in accounting field..... ** in case i ticked to claim this 5 points, will this be the only prove or DIAC will req. t see some work experiencies in acc. field from him to able claim this 5 points? Work exp. has been req. before but not sure if that is working even now . My second question is if employer will choose me to get me 457 visa ( employer in non regional area),, how much is min. amount of years i need to work for him? Can i than change this visa to 186 in case i gain more points by time? Is that possible even during period of working for this employer? And after gainning PR can i leave this employer? even stil in period stated in previous 457 visa.? Please feel free to message me

Skill Select shows me that i can claim 5 points , but there is no question about if my partner worked in accounting in last 6 mths,,,,is that mean that this is removed from now?

is that mean 12 monts in relationship and i can include my partner in application? what about 6mth work exp. from his side?

I red online that after i set up my EOI online, i can only reject 2 offers and than my EOI will be deleted automatically. Is that mean i can set up new one again and again wait for offers? or how acctually this work?

Yesterday i did filled my EOI online on Immi.gov website, got valid skill assesment, eislt, and same my partner. Actually what supriced me, that elswhere says i cant claim partner skills till my partner works in accounting field for 6 mths minimum, ...while on skilled select it never did asked me for this option but gave me 5 points and only req. was skill assesment of my partner and his EISLT..... Is that mean that skill select removed from partner experience requirements? Got a question if i register to Skill SELECT with my resume and details and than somebody give me EOI and i agree to go for it, with current 60 points, can i straight away apply for PR? or 189 visa? Or i need to work for this employer for certian time.....if yes for how long is requirement to able to longe application for 189 or PR visa? In case i longe application and been granted PR can i leave employer straight way? will that change something? pleasse feel free to reply

I would like to ask for advice req. 487 visa, who has experiences with this? I got experiences in close related occupation of Accountant for 1y from Brisbane, applied for SS and would love to apply for 487 visa. The immigratium website states that 1y exp. must be from WA,,,,,is this the real faxt or somebody has experiences and submitted his work experiencies from other states and being granted 487

Hi guys, yesterday i made application for Western Australia State Sponsorship, but than i heard that there are 2 regional 10 points and non regional 5 points. I did included in my application 3 regions i would love to be, can somebody tell me how can i be sure that i made regional one? \ \I need to gain 10 poins of it to apply for 487 visa. Thank you.

Yes, we do have everything even real skill assesment done in 2010 for 5y, just my question is how much point can give me 176 and how much 886 visa, i have 55 at the moment need some state sponsorship for 10 point, whhich one to apply ( 176 or 886) One more question i am in Brisbane and done work experiencies here, but 886 WA req. 1y done in WA, can i still tick yes and apply? when we changed to 176 it acctually not req . any experiencies. Who can nicely explain me, what website is the best to apply for this sponsorship as many options. We have like 4 weeks till new rules roles in, so really curious about this. Is it anyway possible to apply itself on-line application and wait? How long takes to respond?
