1. I am going to buddy. It is best to be on the safe side as it could be an expensive trip back to the UK.
2. Hi everyone, Thanks for the advise, it appears I need to get professional help. Anyone know of a good migration solicitor in Joondalup or Perth? Rupert thanks buddy I know your trying to give it me straight.
3. I have been instructed by my CO to complete them all.
4. I am a facilities manager. I have been employed as a hospitality camp manager in the Pilbara.
5. Can anyone let me know of any employment agencies in Perth who specialise in 457 visa employment, as I need to get another job. Thanks in advance.
6. I have had my medicals and police checks are all done I just have to have another x ray as the first had an abnormality which is on Thursday.
7. My employment was terminated so I have informed DIAC today that my last working day was yesterday, unfortunately they were not very helpful apart from repeatedly telling me I have 28 days to sort something out. My BVA states if my 457 ceases it will be activated, so I assume that starts immidiately or does it mean in 28 days. I can't find anywhere that tells me if I can work or if I can transfer my 457 to another emplyer while having a BVA. Hope that makes sense.
8. Thats fine buddy. Let's hope someone can help.
9. Hi All, I was wondering if anyone can assist me with my question: I have just finished employment on my 457 Visa (earlier than expected) and have a Bridging visa A (BVA) granted while i wait for my PR visa application results. Does my BVA automatically kick in or do I have to inform someone? Can I work on a BVA? Is it better to try and find another sponsor to take over my 457 Visa? Kind Regards Greggers

11. Hi Moonwalker,Really sorry to hear your situation and I do understand what you are saying, Ialso understand your husband’s views. Have you thought of having a long periodof time back in the UK with friends or family, to see if it's what you reallywant. I left skill with no quals, however, I have had a good career andcompleted plenty of qualifications since leaving, so I would not worry too much abouteducation as long as they get a good grounding with it. Children are resilientand some blossom better after school. I do hope you make the right choice and it all works out for you.

15.

We all flew out here last Thursday arriving in Perth around 2.30ish pm. We have a holiday rental for 6 weeks while we look for a more long term rental, still sussing the suburbs out at the moment. we have sorted a bank account, medicare and our TFN and today we bought a car, well, a small 4x4 hyundai Tucson. The weather is a little hit and miss due to some bad storms at the moment, however in between them it's lovely and sunny. We all love it so far, the adventure is gathering pace and we love it, sure beats UK.
