Oh I have so much to say on this consider mum and dad had the LEA by the short a curles a while back with my brother but I shall save you the torment and leave you with just a few thoughts I belive it's down to teaching methods and teachers refusing to think outside the box. Too tied to the key stage lesson plans that are target driven and not leaving enough room for creative flair. I taught my dog too whistle the other day Really I hear you say lets hear her then? I said I taught her didn't say she learnt

If it were me presented with this opportunity I would say go for it. Nothing ventured nothing gained. However its is a min 18 months just short of the 2 year mark to apply for pr if coming over on a 457 and not direct entry. Having children also makes it difficult but not impossable but I belive that school fees are expensive on a 457 around $4k. Loads of times I was told you can't do this you can't do that and was beat down more times than you can shake a stick at but we did it we have pr and am happy. I think the trick is to intergrate and not compare. J

I think you need to change your licence after three months. I don't think its compolsary to have insurance if the car has rego but would be pretty stupid not to. Some states you have to have a road worthy done when the car is sold (Vic,) others are each year NSW. SA none at all.

Sorry not relivant to your problems but what's this 10k grant consession you speak of. If its the 15k fthol don't be fooled its not all a bed of roses it also is only currently avalable until June this year.
