1.

Hi tonyman, I got a really good haro mountain bike from the pert mountain bike club site. Alternatively gumtree is pretty good. Kalamunda camel farm has decent rides for all abilities, well marked out too. There are some good trails in the Northern suburbs and an easy pleasant ride in the John Forrest National park. Some good second hand bikes out there mate.

Don't know whether we'll go to the quarry tonyman. Would like to see her band again but we saw them for free last weekend in the governors bar and this week is $62 each. tight or what. On top of that we have a pretty big morning at the surf club the following morning. We have a few races on and it took me a couple of days to recover from the beers we drank in Rotto last weekend. We went straight to the pub after the swim, about 2:00pm and me and a friend carried on drinking the whole day. I had a 6 pack in the room which we polished off while the wives were having a shower then they were hungry so we went back to the pub for dinner then on to the governors bar. The plan was only to have one more then the band came on.

We weren't bad the next morning though and managed to have a bike ride to West End. I love Rotto.

Hi Irishgirl1,

Bali was brilliant. My wife has had a downer on it since the bombings and has been dead against going. Her Mum and Dad visited on a cruise too and hated it, they said how dirty and untidy it was. It didn't matter that loads of our friends have been and had a great time. She has long service leave and we were looking into going over to Noosa, but the time it takes to get there and the cost of getting and staying there were putting us off.

Anyway we bit the bullet and booked a couple of weeks before we went into the Intercontinental in Jimbaran Bay. We left at about 8:00 at night and were in the hotel at 12:00. Felt like a quick trip after going over East. Being on the same time zone helps with settling in to a good sleeping pattern too.

 4.

Same to you and yours LS. Have a great Christmas. Are you getting anything nice? I'm stuck, as usual, for what to get my missus. She mentioned getting something herself when she's browsing round the shops. We've been together long enough to know that a lot of money can be wasted buying stuff neither of us really wants. I'll have to get some surprises though.
