  1. Not sure if this will present in large enough format but here is a location shot.
  2. I just placed an apartment to lease in the rental section on Northern Beaches. It is at Curl Curl, which is near to Manly and serviced by Express bus to City (30-40 minutes). Beach is right across the road. I live in the suburb and moved here 30 years ago. Wouldn't leave now.
  3. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment opposite wonderful Curly Beach. No beach views but just 50m walk onto the beach sands. Large living and dining areas Sunny North facing Balcony Built-in robes in main bedroom Internal Laundry Single bathroom with separate shower and bath Lock Up Garage Separate Lock up Storeroom Express bus service to City and local bus services handy. Send a pm to inspect.
  4. I grew up in WP in 1950's -70's and probably know as much about it and it's history as anyone else alive. Much more developed today. North Ryde was still orchards. VW cars & Kombis were assembled there in Waterloo Rd. Some very famous musicians and actors also grew up and schooled in this district... Jacki Weaver, Peter Garret, Rob Hirst, James Magini (Midnight Oil). Much more developed now but more desirable also.
  5. Very nice area to live. Good schools too.
  6. I prefer north of the Harbour around Manly, but that is a personal view. What you have just described is Bondi and surrounds. It'll tick all your boxes I reckon.
  7. Why on earth would you want to buy an investment property that you cannot keep an eye on? I have owned a number of rental properties over may decades. My advice buying an investment property is if you cannot get in your car and be there in an hour or so then don't buy it. You will not have much control over your investment if all your contact with agent or tenants is by phone or email only. If things go wrong, and they do, you want to be able to go bang your fist on the agents desk and ask why. You can drive past and see if the property is being looked after, that there isn't a bikie gang in residence, or the tenant's aren't using the fence palings as BBQ fuel. Keep your money close. There will be many good investment opportunities in SA.
