<p>Hi Dawn, yes i do have skype its kareng128 the problem is getting Ainslie off his backside to get all the paper work in for the skill assessment. Now we have to get it done before the 31st of Dec because ATA are putting their fees up but existing customers have untill that date to keep the arranged fee. Maybe it is agood thing because we have a date to work with now, but of course coming up to xmas we need our money for other things, as you can imagine. But i'll try my best to get this assessment done because it's the only thing holding us back. Chat soon xxx</p>

<p>Hi Jim, hows things with you ? are you any further on with visa plans ? we are still getting all the info gathered up for the assessment. Ainslie is nervous about it, because he is really a spray painter by trade, but we have been up front on all the forms to ATA and they seem to think he can proceed with the assessment. Do you think it was hard ? How long did it last ?</p>

<p>Hi Lynne, still no answer back from ATC I have given up on them, I am fed up waiting. Hows things with you ? We are getting our house valued this week and hopefully putting it on the market. Just gona move in with my mum untill we get to Oz. Looks like hubby is gona have to get a skill assesment done to get his AQF3. Just one hurdle after another. Just have to keep hopes up.</p>

<p>I just sent the personal details form thingy back to them on Thur so haven't heard anything yet. I know what you mean about this place, we are depressed to the max because every step you take you come up against a brick wall. i hate it when there is a run of visa's issued, it is so sickening. That's my wee moan over for today lol. I'll let you know when we hear anything.</p>

<p>Hi Lynne, No interview date yet, he has been a sprayer for 6 years and has only got nvq2. he was going to do his level 3 this sept but he could maybe do it with woods in Oz because Atc said they had got the go ahead to do this. It would cost $4500 but might be worth it just to get there.</p>

<p>I have had a reply from ATC, they seem very nice. They are looking for spray painters at the minute and the jobs were advertised yesterday in The Sun. Our only prob is that hubby hasn't got his level 3 but we can do it with woods if hubby passed the interview. It gives us something to think about. I'll keep in touch.</p>

<p>Hi Dawn, great to see things moving so quickly for you now. we are still waiting on 4 ref's coming back. there is another assessor coming over in 3 wks time so hopefully we will be on track for that. I have started a childcare course, NVQ2, i'm hoping it will help me get a job when we eventually get to Oz. Do you think you will be going this year ?</p>

<p>Hi Jim, Congrats on tieing the knot. I am sorting out all the references at the minute to go with our stage 2 of the assessment. Taking a bit longer than i hoped. We are hoping that we can have the assessment in about 6-8 weeks. The assessor is coming to ireland next week, but we wont be ready for him. Hows it all going for you ?</p>

<p>Hi Dawn, i'm fine, hows you ? I am still sorting out the references for the assessment. This part is taking me forever ! There is an assessor coming to ireland next week, but we wont be ready for him so we have put it off untill the next time he is coming over, possibly 6 weeks time. The hardest part is getting Ainslie to sit down for 5 mins and tell me what i need to know, men are a nightmare ! </p>

<p>Hi Liz, hope you are feeling a bit brighter, it's so hard when you feel like you are taking a step back, but hopefully the 176 will go through quickly for you. We have passed the initial stage of the trade assess. I am gathering up the references at the minute it will probably be a nightmare getting them back from everyone. Then we will sort out a date for the assessment. We have to change our thoughts to perth or adelaide if we want a permanent visa. Qld only offers temp visa for our trade. so the headache begins again !!</p>
