<p>Well salsa'd to me chair with a cuppa and thats as far as I have got. Now you and I (debbie if she is up for it) will encourage each other on this "Diet" journey - so far its not going well cos haven't done anything - now why u not in the best frame of mind - this is not good - u no where I am if u need a chat!!
