paulswin Posted February 7, 2012 Share Posted February 7, 2012 Yay after looking at some crummy doggie rentals and being turned down on a lovely house probably because of the dog we've now got a decent one in Atwell!!! Just wanted to say if anyone is looking or will be soon write lots of stuff on the house application ie will look after it as if it's my own blah blah blah as it helps I did and the real estate lady said the owner didnt even look at anyone else's. The rental market in Perth is very fierce...we are thinking of moving when our lease is up in June.....but will probably stay as we have a dog also..and there is a BIG shortage on rentals.
