Rudi Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 It is correct, but as the other poster suggests, if you use excess water, over a certain fixed amount (can't remember what that is) then you MAY be asked to pay that. I am not sure of the rules, but your landlord may have to provide certain water efficient things like showers and toilets in order to be allowed to charge you for the excess water fee.
