To make a long story short though, it is only a moral obligation for you to live for two years in the state which sponsored you, there is no legal obligation. You might potentially deprive someone else of the opportunity to come under state sponsorship though. Disclaimer: trying to be unbiased here and not expressing any personal opinion.
