Hi To meet the eligibility requirements for a second Working Holiday Visa, he would have to be able to satisfy the 3 months Specified work requirement (work that is undertaken in a 'specified' field or industry in a designated regional area). There's a list of jobs that meet the criteria at http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/working-holiday/417/specified-work.htm Does he need to work while he's out here as some Tourist Visa options allow up to 12 months.
