Ali&Paul Posted August 15, 2011 Share Posted August 15, 2011 I don't think there is a specific time limit, I asked this question before on here as I thought maybe you have to validate It within a certain time but the replies I got said that there is no date on the visa by which you need to enter oz. lebourvellec Posted August 16, 2011 Share Posted August 16, 2011 My 457 visas had to be activited by going to OZ 1 year after it was granted, I think most offshore visas are the same. BUt since a 457 visa is an Employer Sponsored, will your new employer not specifiy a date that they will need you to start work. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
