Guest AndyandAlly Posted September 25, 2007 Share Posted September 25, 2007 If you have proven you can speak english then you don't have to pay the 2nd installment, it's only for people that cannot prove they speak english and have to be referred...I read it that way as well the first time, but on the website it does say it again in another link. you can stop worrying, your now richer than you thought LOL!
