mcmillsa Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 Just wondered if anyone had any leads. We are heading back to England at the end of the year after 4 years here. We bought a house last year a buy to let got the mortgage no problem. We have now sold our house here and wanted to get another buy to let before heading back and we got refused another mortgage as the we weren't borrowing enough!! Does anyone know of any good mortgage brokers or anyone else got a mortgage before they left. I work for Queensland Health and have done for 3 and half years so got a good track record here. Cheers.
