How long after submitting the app and the money being taken should we expect to receive the ackowledgement? do they email you or send it in writing? App posted express on 18th May - Money taken 1st June .......... Still nothing - we prepared the app ourselves and employer posted both together. I know that fact the money has been taken is a good acknowledgement that they've received it but have heard nothing ?? Tried calling the general enquiry line but was on hold for so long i gave up - was costing me a fortune. I have searched on this site for answers but not found anything clear about them.
