Guest Cozzah
Hi everyone, I was just wondering whether anyone knew, if you are on a working holiday visa, would getting an apprenticeship enable you to extend your visa? or even change it? If so, what would this cost? My boyfriend is currently, back in the UK and returning to Australia in 2 weeks. He is hoping to extend his visa, by either completing three months seasonal work, or getting an apprenticeship. He is a really hard working individual, and very passionate and eager to stay in Australia, if anyone could give some advice, I would be very grateful.. Petals
If you repost this in the migration forum you may get more response. I have no idea have you had a look at the dept of immigration for information, sure they would have a few fact sheets there. Also searthe the migration forum for a similar thread. Good luck
Quoll
I seriously doubt he is going to get an apprenticeship, he would need to be a permanent resident to pick one up.
