Guest thistles and gum trees
Hi, Is it correct that you cannot bring any candles to Aus, we have tons!!. Can they not be brought in even if they are packaged and unopen? Is it a general rule? Large ones/birthday ones etc... Thanks.

NTH SHARMAN
I think its to do with the fact that they may contain bees wax. Our shipper also told us that they have a tendancy to melt when they pass over the equator. ??? He might have just said that to make doubly sure I don't take any. I've only got a couple so I'll not bother with 'em. I'll have to nip round and borrow a couple of Lesley's :wubclub: xx

ali
We were told the same by our shipping agent that they may contain bees wax, so we didn't bother. Ali
