Six it Posted May 12, 2011 Share Posted May 12, 2011 Ok.. so i have an offer.. and i think we still have some wiggle room etc Now i am a NZ citizen.. so i get a visa when i present my passport at the airport But.. am i classed as permanent.. or have the luxury of saying.."no i intend to leave after 3 years.. etc I'm also wondering how asking my employer for LAFHA is going to be viewed.. after all the whole point is that your are temporary and are expecting to leave OZ at some stage.. Now the job is permanent and mine for as long as i want it..dont want to give the signal that i'm not commited to the job.. but quiet like the idea of getting some tax relief for a few years.. anyone got any experiance of this? cheers Six It Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Six it Posted May 12, 2011 Author Share Posted May 12, 2011 i have a probationary period.. and was thinking of waiting until that is over.. so in the 1st instance it would jut be me for say 6 months. Just wondering how the employer will perceive this?
