Gday Live the Dream is run by: Registrant: Futurenet Publishing 70 Briar Road Bexley, Kent DA5 2HW UK The job search service is linked to RMA Serge Tonin, who was earlier linked to Southern Cross recruitment I think. This is the third business name I have come across. Recruitment agents and online portals handle about 25% of all vacancies, so it might be a good idea to spend 75% of your search effort using other methods. Looking for employment in Australia falls into 3 categories 1) send out resumes to potential employers. there are plenty of job sites such as SEEK. Just type into Google your skill and the word Australia. You will probably find many jobs that you would be able to fill. 2) Fly to Australia and search out employers. Being able to shake hands with a potential employee is a benefit to the employer. Obviously you may be contravening your visa if you actually demonstrate your skill. 3) Use a specialist company such as a migration management service of which there are a few in Australia but not too many with offices in the UK. Option 1 is the cheapest option but there are problems getting a positive result or even reply Option 2 is more expensive possible costing £2/3,000 for a trip with no guarantee of a job. Option 3 will cost about the same as option 2, but with specialists managing your job search and associated documentation there is a better chance of getting a job offer and support throughout the move. Live the Dream Australia is a UK based migration management service with registered migration agents in the UK and Australia processing visa's. I do not usually respond to forum issues unless I can add value. As there was a request for information I added to the discussion. I hope my response was accepted in the manner which it was offered. Would that not have been something to put in your ID or signature? TonyMooney.biz has been closed as a website? Last question, for clarification for forum members please, about the migration agents that work with Live The Dream, Serge Tonin is listed on your website as the agent who does "Certification of all documents by a Registered Migration Agent". Does that mean Serge and his business Australia Visa Advisors Pty Ltd are responsible for the client and their case, or does LTD always retain this obligation? I mean, is the contractual obligation for service delivery and the duty of care for the client clear in your service contracts? I am waiting for the new occupation list and points system to see which will be the most suitable and cost effective way to migrate to Australia as a family. While waiting I am exploring ways to migrate downunder other than 175/176 visa. Employer's sponsorship seems to be the most cost effective one I have been considering so far, and could be a pathway to permanent recidency. Provided that the end result (sponsorship) is not guaranteed, would be £2/3,000 a good estimate of the cost of company's services? If not, what the final cost would be based on? I am not sure quite what you are asking in your post but If you are asking can I justify the fees charged by live the dream, here is my reply. We are a migration management company. We find jobs, process the visa (using registered migration agents) and manage all aspects of the move to Australia. Even when you arrive in Australia we are able to assist you. I think that's worth our fee. We have live jobs waiting to be filled. If you have a skill on the 457 list we will talk to you.
