twinkletoes35
Hi all Can anyone tell me if they used a solicitor rather than a justice of the peace to certify nusing docs? Spoke to the local court who do not offer the service anymore, a local solicitor advised me that their signature should be ok with what they are being asked to confirm I know the APHRA site say JOP. Could someone share their experiences? Thanx TT xx

Thanx TT xx AHPRA are very niggly about things so I personally wouldn't do anything other than what their website states here AHPRA - Certifying Documents Unfortunately you cant use a solicitor, we had all our docs certified by a solicitor and then decided to go to a court and ask the magistrate to do it !!!!! Public notary wanted an outrageous amount, robbing gits !!!! there only signing their name ......
