I couldn't believe it happened so quickly especially as I did not use an agent and did all the paperwork myself. I submitted our application in June 2009, we had our medicals done in Nov 2009 and we were granted our visa in Jan 2010!!! We went over to validate our visas last summer and are emigrating this year - once we sell the house! I applied for the visa in just my name as I am a secondary school teacher.
