I am currently with an agent and have found out that he is not a registered mrsa agent so i am not taking any chances. I phone them today and said to them that they were not registered they said they where then they said my file was in oz with their partners and i said yes but you owe then money, she stuttered like mad just told her to send me my file and any refund due. all they have done for me is book my vetasess i have paid them £1100 so do you think i am due a refund? i no i have when on and on a bit i just want it to be right and if there not registered that could coz a problem thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
