hi i am looking for some info one off my freinds is applyed for his pr visa and got a case officer but they sayed he needs a trade recognition but he was out here for 2 years on a sponcered visa he is a sparky to trade has his wa licence for a sparky he got that here and done the course for 2 week so surly that would count and would not need to do the trade recogition any info would be good

Hi, I am changing agent. I am currently with an agent and have found out that he is not a registered mrsa agent so i am not taking any chances. I phone them today and said to them that they were not registered they said they where then they said my file was in oz with their partners and i said yes but you owe then money, she stuttered like mad just told her to send me my file and any refund due. all they have done for me is book my vetasess i have paid them £1100 so do you think i am due a refund? i no i have when on and on a bit i just want it to be right and if there not registered that could coz a problem thanks

hi thanks for that info mate see this visa do i need to have a job 457 temporary employer sponsored visa iam 32 so wont get a 417 do you no how long i would have to wait till the visa got exepted so i could work thanks
