Alan Collett Posted May 16, 2012 Share Posted May 16, 2012 Thanks Simon Incidentally, I think the Act being cited by the broker doesn't exist - the provisions in question are administered under Consumer Protection legislation. If you want to hold the broker to account, ask him/her to send an extract of the legislation to you. I'm interested to know if there is additional legislation impacting this area ... Best regards.
