I keep getting a recording saying they are busy and to leave a message. I have left numerous messages and no one has called back and it makes it impossible to book an appointment for the medicals. Guest rache&matt Posted November 22, 2010 Share Posted November 22, 2010 Hi, I did have the same problem last month when trying to book mine, I left several messages and nobody rang back. Eventually I got through and booked my medical, they were able to get me in 2 weeks later. Keep trying and you will get it eventually!!! Good luck. I finally got through to them and they will call me next week when the appointments for the week of 13/12 open up as they didn't have a time left when my husband could go with us. We attended the bridge clinic last month then went up to Derbyshire for a weeks break. Ps: they called back within the hour after I left answerphone messages. Guest brightons Posted November 23, 2010 Share Posted November 23, 2010 hi we had are medicals there last Friday, they did say they were really busy whilst we were there. the phone never stopped ringing with people trying to book appointments. we called to book ours and left a message, they did call us back the same day. we had to wait 2 weeks. we were very disappointed in the clinic itself, the medicals were done fine but when your paying for a private service and the place is full of everyday nhs people it just didn't seem right. i think when your paying all that amount of money you should get a fully private clinic! good luck with your meds Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
